1. Eligibility for Refund
Refunds are granted under the following conditions:
- Service Not Delivered
If the agreed service was not delivered within the stated timeframe and no valid communication was provided, you may be eligible for a full or partial refund. - Duplicate Payment
If a payment is accidentally processed more than once for the same service, we will promptly refund the duplicate transaction. - Cancellation Before Work Begins
If you cancel your order within 1 hour of payment and before any work has started, you are eligible for a full refund. - Non-conformance with Order Scope
If the final deliverable clearly and substantially deviates from the original instructions and cannot be corrected through revisions, a partial refund may be considered.
2. Non-Refundable Situations
- Change of Mind after work has commenced
- Poor Academic Outcome, such as grades or institutional decisions
- Client-Initiated Delays or failure to provide required materials
- Failure to Use Revision Option: We offer unlimited free revisions, which must be requested before seeking a refund
3. Refund Process
Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after validation. Funds are returned to the original payment method used during checkout.
